About Me

Art has always been a part of me, but I didn’t always know it. For years, I pursued a career in law, navigating a world of rules and logic. Then, at 33, everything changed. A life-altering diagnosis of an incurable nerve disease forced me to reexamine everything. What I once saw as my path was no longer an option, and in that uncertainty, I found my true calling—art.

At first, I turned to collage, using everyday materials to peel back the layers of distraction and expose raw, unfiltered emotion. It was a way to process my own experiences, my struggles, my resilience. But soon, that journey led me to abstract painting, where I discovered a freedom I had never known before. Color, texture, and movement became my language—a way to express what words never could.

My work is about contrast: structure and chaos, control and surrender, struggle and beauty. I paint with unconventional tools, embracing unpredictability, allowing each piece to take on a life of its own. Every canvas is a reflection of my reality—of the complexities of life, of transformation, of finding meaning in uncertainty.

I don’t create to impress. I create to connect. To invite you into a space where emotions speak louder than form, where you can find your own story within mine. If my work resonates with you, then I’ve done what I set out to do.
